Honesty is our policy

Blue Line Remodeling & Construction, LLC is a small, Portage-based company servicing Kalamazoo, Van Buren, Allegan, and Calhoun Counties. Founded in 2006, owner Amil Alwan has created a reputable and honest business that prioritizes work we can feel proud of — and our clients love.

Amil is both EPA Lead-Safe Certified and a GAF Master Elite roofing contractor. Blue Line has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders since 2010 and is both licensed and insured.

Our policy is to always be honest, give fair and realistic prices, and always do right by our customers. We believe this philosophy and our high-quality work are what’s given us so much success throughout Southwestern Michigan.
